This Privacy Policy explains how the Company treats your information and protects your privacy when you Use the Software & Services and the rights and options available to you regarding your information. Company believes that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information We may collect and use when you Use the Software & Services. The Software & Services may include various features and content that are offered and delivered to you by us and/or by third parties, such as news, messages, advertisements and games, as well as features and content that you may choose to add ("Content").
Information the Company Collects and Receives.
When you Use the Software & Services, we automatically collect and store the following types of information:
1. Technical Information. Certain technical information regarding your device, and your Use of the Software & Services and other third party software and applications installed on your device (the "Other Software"), including the type, name and version of operating system and Other Software including, without limitation, their interactions with the Software & Services, ISP (Internet Service Provider), location, Internet protocol (IP) address, anonymous user identifiers, device configuration and identifiers (IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers used in IOS), Advertising ID (Identifier for Advertisers used in Android) and the like), version of the Software & Services, and your configuration and settings of the Software & Services;
2. Usage Information. Certain usage related information regarding your use and interaction with your device, including the Software & Services and Other Software, such as when and how you Use the Software & Services and Other Software, how you use your internet browser and internet search related applications, the web pages you visit and the content you see, access and utilize on such web pages; for example, offerings and advertisements that you view, use and access, how you use them and your response to them, how frequently you use them, your search queries and the time and date of your searches;
3. Social Networks. Your interactions on social networks through the Software & Services;
4. Registration Related Information. Information you provide when you register for the Software & Services (if applicable), such as name, home or work addresses, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, birth date and gender;
5. Support Related Information. If you communicate with Us via our support section or via email, we may also collect your email address, name and any information voluntarily submitted by you in connection with such support (for example, your name, company name, and particular support query or request). Such information will only be used to provide you with support services and will not be connected with any other information collected from you on or through the Software & Services, including, any individual User ID (as defined below) generated or collected by us. When you Use the Software & Services, We automatically generate an anonymous internal user ID (which does not personally identify you), which is assigned to your use of the Software & Services (the "User ID") and may be combined with any of the above information. While it is not our intention to collect any personally identifiable information ("PII") (except for registration and user support purposes as set forth in this Privacy Policy), the data collected may include PII. As part of our privacy measures, we implement certain rules designed to avoid the unintentional collection of PII such as email addresses, social security numbers, credit card numbers, login information etc. Such rules are based on known field types, parameters, values and algorithms but they are not foolproof and hence the Software & Services may sometimes, unintentionally, collect unwanted information. We regularly examine and update these rules.

How the Company Uses Your Information.
The Company uses the information it collects for analytical, business and operational purposes in the following ways:
1. to operate and update the Software & Services and provide you with existing and new functionality and features;
2. to improve and customize the Software & Services;
3. to provide you personalized content, including through the delivery of targeted interest-based advertisements from us or our partners;
4. to maintain and improve the quality and operation of the Software & Services;
5. to notify you of Software & Services updates;
6. to provide you with support and handle your complaints and/or feedback;
7. to take any action in case of a dispute involving you in connection with the Software & Services;
8. to enforce the terms and conditions applicable to the Software & Services and to prevent unlawful activities and misuse thereof;
9. to comply and satisfy any applicable law regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request. 

Permissions we use in our app

In-app purchases: Google Play billing service to avail purchase of Ad-free version of the app.
Identity: find accounts on the device and listing for you to set as your email password recovery.
Photos/Media/Files: Read the contents of your phone memory and SD Card and Copy, Paste, Move and also delete files as per your action taken.
Camera: Open Camera from our app and take pictures to hide directly into our app.
View Wi-Fi connections: This permission is used to check your wifi-connections status.
Bluetooth connection information: Same as wifi connections this permission is used for Bluetooth status check and connection information.
Run as startup: will run as startup to provide users with a launcher service.
Pair with Bluetooth devices: This permission is used in App Lock in order to connect/disconnect Bluetooth service from app lock.
Control vibration: This permission allows to feel the vibrate feedback on Timer and app lock screen number presses.
Connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi: This permission is used in App lock in order to connect/disconnect wifi status from app lock.
Full network access: This permission is used to access the device’s network for certain functions including checking internet access before sending intruder selfie to you.
Read Phone State: This is used to detect whether the phone is ringing when you browsing your vault and immediately close your vault.
Get Tasks: Get the top running apps of your phone and decide lock it or not.
Package Usage Stats: Same as Get Tasks. (Get Tasks is not working on newer Android OS, so we have to use Package Usage Stats to get the top running apps).
Bind_device_admin: This App uses BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN permission. By using this app you can enable Uninstall Protection for our app. By this permission you can prevent your app from being uninstalled by other user or children and avoid loss of your important data.
System_Alert_Window: Our app lock is using this permission to display applock screen over your locked app. It will give better and fast security over locked apps.

BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE: This app uses Accessibility services. By enabling accessibility service, our app can detect current running application on the top on the screen. By doing this you can get faster app lock service and save 50% battery power by using this service. We promise that we do not collect or track any other information.


Third-Party Content.
Certain Software & Services may include and/or enable you to add Content to them. The Content may be in the form of apps, buttons, gadgets, links to third party advertisements, websites, products and services (including search services) as well as additional means that are provided to you by third parties (collectively, "Third Party Content and Services"). The use of such Third Party Content and Services is subject to their privacy policies. In addition, the Company provides such third parties with a large number of tools to enable them to create interesting and unique apps, buttons, and gadgets using the Company's platform. Some of these tools may give these third parties the ability to access, collect, store, and/or share your information - both your PII and non-personally identifiable information. In order to clarify, we do not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations with respect to such Third Party Content and Services and your access to any Third Party Content and Services is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the information contained and/or made available through, the practices of, or your use or inability to use such Third Party Content and Services. You expressly relieve us from any and all liability arising from your use of such Third Party Content and Services. We recommended that you read the terms, conditions and privacy policies of such Third Party Content and Services before using or accessing any of them. 
 
Personal Information.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:
  • Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's camera, storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
  • Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using our application(s), we may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device’s operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, and information about the features of our application(s) you accessed.
  • Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.
This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.


Non-Personal Information

For Personalized User Experience – We may use your Non-Personal Information to understand your user characteristics, and other trends related to user’s habits;
To Help Improve Our Service – We may use Non-Personal Information to provide, maintain, enhance and improve our applications, services and websites, and the development of new services. 
 
Advertisement in Application
We use Google AdMob SDK for advertisements in our applications. There could be errors in the programming and sometime programming errors may cause unwanted side effects. AdMob, AppLovin, Facebook Audience Network, MobFox, Adcolony, Smart AdServer and Google AdSense
 

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Except as expressly set forth in this TOS, neither Owner, its affiliates, subsidiaries nor the Licensors make any other warranties,express or implied,including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Owner,its affiliates,subsidiaries and the Licensors expressly disclaim all warranties not stated in this TOS. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited to the terms contained in this TOS to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Owner, its affiliates, subsidiaries and the Licensors be liable for damages or losses for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the basis of the claim or action. 

Copyright Policy

Any end user should not use Product for infringement of the intellectual property rights of others, (including without limitation to patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, and other proprietary rights), and if You, the copyright owner or an authorized representative, believe that any content infringes on Your copyrights, You may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by providing Owner with the information as follows:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner or an agent of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
  • Identification of the copyright claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and where it is located in the Application;
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact You;
  • A statement that You have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and;
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and will respond to clear notices of alleged infringement. You acknowledge that if You fail to comply with all of the requirements of this section, Your notice may not be valid.

UNINSTALLING

You may Uninstall Timer Lock Application by using any uninstall utility that accompanies the installed Timer Lock through the uninstall mechanism provided by your compatible operating system. Uninstalling the app will cause them to cease to functioning. Uninstalling Timer will result in you not being able to access any protected data that was stored using the Timer Lock application. Uninstalling Timer Lock will result in the inability of others backing up to that device to retrieve their backed up data from that device. Sure Apps does not warrant that any and all portions of the Timer Lock will be removed by any uninstall utility or the uninstall mechanism of your operating system. Sure Apps does not warrant that all of your mobile device’s software content, including but not limited to the operating system, will regress to a state of operation, including but not limited to settings and options that are identical to those that existed prior to the installation of Timer Lock Application. You remain bound by the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to its disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, exclusive remedy, intellectual property, and ownership clauses even after you uninstall the Timer Lock Software.

Log Data
 
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
 
Cookies, Beacons and Tracking

The Services may use “cookies” and other technologies such as pixel tags, locally shared objects, and web beacons. The Learning Apps treats information collected by cookies and similar technologies as non-personal data. 

Children’s Privacy.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.


Social Networks.
You may also choose to activate additional features that provide you with the ability to update and use your favorite social networks directly from the Software & Services. During such activation, you will be asked to grant the Company permission to compile certain information from such social networks. This information may include friends or contact lists, notes, updates, and photos and may be used by the Company to customize the Content available to you through the Software & Services, suggest new features and Content that may be relevant to you or provide the Company with data for statistical purposes. The information you allow the Company to access is that which is presented to you when you choose to activate these features. Please see your social network provider policies for any questions or concerns. You may opt not to grant the Company access to your social network account(s) at any time by changing your social network settings or by not authorizing the Company's access thereto. 
 
CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
 
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice. 

If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Services, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems (e.g., backups, etc.).
